STEP 1 : SEARCHING & ORDER PLACEMENT

Set Your Purchase Conditions Such As Your Destination Country and Port Of Destination. Fill in your personal information to get a proforma invoice.

A Proforma Invoice will then be sent to you via email & your reservation would be applied over the unit for certian time period.

STEP 2 : PAYMENT

Proceed To Payment

Download / print (if required) the proforma invoice delivered to your email.

We Accept Bank Wire Transfers (Telegraphic Transfers) & all legal form of money transfer as per Japan policy. All Payments Should Be Sent To HTC Japan as Beneficiary Account In Japan.

Proceed to your local bank to make payment via Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) or you can make the payment with your online personal banking access.

Send us a copy of the bank receipt either via email (info@htcjapan.jp) or whatsapp (+81 90-6118-8195).

STEP 3 : SHIPMENT

Booking Notification

As soon as payment is confirmed, we book space for your car on a shipping vessel. At this time you have to confirm the consignee information finally via email.

Once the operation would complete, a Booking Notice E-mail will be sent to notify you. Contact: Once you receive the above mentioned documents, contact your Custom Clearance Agent to organize the import of your vehicle.

STEP 4 : CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Consult with your local clearing agent

In order to import the car, you need to clear it first: Consult: Contact your customs clearance agent for guidance, since you do need to clear your car first before importing. Clearance Documentation: during the course of the time scan copies of document will be sent via email / Whatsapp. All we upload all docs in your account. Also the required clearance original documents will be sent to you via courier.

STEP 5 : REGISTER AND DRIVE
